The ROBERT C. SCOTT MEMORIAL AWARD was presented to Jeff Goethe. Jeff is a shareholder in Barnes, Walker, Goethe, Perron, Shea & Robinson, PLLC, practicing in Bradenton, Florida. Jeff’s practice is in the area of wills, estates and trusts, and he is board certified in that practice. Jeff grew up in the Bradenton area, although he attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where he graduated in 1990. The ROBERT C. SCOTT MEMORIAL AWARD was established in recognition of Mr. Scott’s many years of untiring devotion and valuable service to the Section. This Award may not be given annually but is granted when the occasion requires a Section member who has exemplified the dedication and continuing service of Robert C. Scott to the Section and its membership.
