About
Caroline M. Tschida is a Wills, Trusts, and Estates attorney at Barnes Walker. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Caroline has a special connection to Bradenton, having spent years visiting family in the area. She holds a BS in Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude, and earned her JD from Florida State University College of Law. Caroline began her journey with Barnes Walker in October 2024 and brings a unique blend of technology and legal knowledge to her role.
Caroline developed her expertise in elder law as a Student Advocate with the FSU College of Law Elder Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono assistance drafting advance directives to local community members. She also actively participated in the FSU College of Law Real Property, Probate, & Trust Law Society (RPPTL), serving first as a Student Representative, then as Vice President of Probate, and finally as Vice President of Real Property. These experiences have honed her skills in client advocacy and legal writing, preparing her for a fulfilling career in wills, trusts, and estates law.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys running, reading, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles. Her furry family includes Harley, a black lab mix, and Bandit, her newly adopted kitten. Caroline’s passion for her community, combined with her dedication to her clients, reflects the same Seminole spirit she proudly carries from her alma mater into her legal career.
