Abigail Galati is a Senior Associate in the litigation department at Barnes Walker, where her practice focuses on business litigation, trust and estate disputes, and real property litigation. She represents individuals and businesses across a broad range of complex disputes, guiding clients through all phases of litigation from pre-suit strategy and mediation through trial.
Abigail is experienced in handling contested probate and trust matters, business and contractual disputes, and real estate litigation, including quiet title and partition actions. She is well-versed in both mediation and courtroom advocacy and is committed to delivering practical, results-driven solutions tailored to her clients' objectives.
Abigail earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Southern College in 2018, where she also competed as a collegiate athlete on the women's soccer team and served as President of the Florida Southern Enactus Chapter, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives and small business development. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2021.
A Bradenton native, Abigail is deeply committed to serving the local community and takes pride in representing clients throughout the Bradenton and Sarasota areas. She and her husband, Michael, are raising their two children, Amelia and Michael IV, in Bradenton. Outside the office, Abigail enjoys boating, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with their family and their Olde English bulldog, Churchill.
