BARNES WALKER has direct access through the World Wide Web to title insurance company computers and their land record databases, Manatee County Government computers and their property and tax databases, and Florida Department of State computers and their Uniform Commercial Code, corporation, limited partnership, limited liability company, trademark, and service mark databases. BARNES WALKER has also retained a Tallahassee company to ensure overnight hand delivery of documents to the Department of State. These technological assets allow BARNES WALKER to deliver thorough legal services to our clients more quickly and more efficiently, and therefore at lower cost.
